Project Manager/ Interior Designer
As a Project Manager for Model Home design team P Four, I am expected to see projects from conception and space planning all the way to installation. I help develop the “look” to help target the market place, space plan, design and present the designs to clients. I follow through with budgets, PO’s and deadlines. I complete each project by personally being on hand for the installation of each model I manage. I use AutoCAD and Photoshop daily to help keep projects on track.
As an Assistant Designer for the Model Home and Multi-family design team, I was tasked with helping on every stage of projects. I helped in choosing materials to be used in spaces, creating and designing original artwork for spaces, purchasing, returns, contacting distributers, and photographing finished interiors. I was also on hand at installations, used Google SketchUp to create renderings, created AutoCAD floor plans and specifications.
I worked with several interior design firms such as Rocks Realty, Lohre Interior Consultants and OUTinDesign as a independent designer. I worked on various tasks like generating AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, generating InDesign presentations, social media development, ordering shipments, and client meetings. I was on-hand to fill the gaps and keep projects moving. I worked independently and was trusted with large portions of projects.
Working together with Rocks Realty, I created custom bathroom and kitchen packages to insert into housing development projects. I strived to achieve the needs of the growing business and be an asset to the team.
Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation supports the charitable efforts of the Washington Capitals, Wizards, and Mystics. As these teams now fall under the Monumental Sports & Entertainment umbrella, aligning their causes and unifying their giving enables us to have the greatest impact on the community.
As a member of the in-game entertainment staff I worked directly with Capitals fans and staff to insure a positive game day experience for everyone while supporting the community in charity events and volunteer opportunities.
BSO Decorators Show House
I was one of four students from Harford Community College chosen to redesign the master bathroom of the 2010 Decorators Show House. As a team, we took this project all the way from planning stages to full completion. Our design was featured on several Baltimore area news stations and newspapers.
